' just to name a few... type in keywords on your interests, you know how to work youtube! go down a worm hole of learning!!

FREE App's on your Phone - There are many app's that support your mental health...

'Insight Timer', 'Headspace' + 'Calm' - The main ones with 1000's of talks, meditations, calming music, sleep support... if one of these isn't on your phone already then hop to it! everyone use's these. Then of course their are app's to help you exercise, eat better, anything and everything! Use this resource! It's private + FREE

FREE Podcast's - If you spend a lot of time on your own, swap music out for podcast and by geeze you will learn a lot... You already have the podcast app on your phone if you have a smart phone.
